A High Grade Cast Iron Replacement Baffle/Throat Plate to fit the Hi-Flame Olymberyl Maximus. This is the lower baffle on the Maximus, on the newer version there is also a removable upper baffle plate.
Remove the fire fence and lift up the baffle plate to remove.
Baffle plates should be checked every couple of months of use to ensure that there is no build up of soot sitting above it. Damaged or warped baffles will give a reduced efficiency and heat from the stove.
