Stove Spare Glass Ltd is an official stockist of genuine SCHOTT ROBAX fire-viewing glass-ceramic. Each panel is supplied with the correct length of 8mm × 3mm self-adhesive high-temperature glass seal.
Most options in this listing are standard four-sided glass. The Aspect options have four 20mm × 20mm clipped corners and are cut to the stated overall dimensions.
Allow the stove to cool completely. Remove the old glass and seal, clean the recess thoroughly and apply the supplied seal evenly. Refit retainers gradually and evenly. Do not overtighten clips or screws.
The seal cushions the glass, prevents direct metal-to-glass contact and helps distribute retainer pressure to reduce concentrated stress points.
