Hand packaged with care

From our workshop to your stove

We’ve been selling stove glass for over 20 years. Along the way, we’ve sometimes learned the hard way just how much the right packaging matters. Those lessons have shaped the way our workshop team packs every order today.

We now use modern protective packaging—the same type used by Amazon—combined with the care of a team who knows stove glass, fire bricks and baffles. Each order is hand packaged in our Newtownards workshop to help it reach your stove safely.

Damaged deliveries are exceptionally rare, but parcels can face extra handling during busy periods—especially in the run-up to Christmas, which is also our busiest season. That’s why we take such care with every package. If your order arrives damaged, contact our workshop team so we can help.

All our packaging is household recyclable

That includes the tape, labels and protective wrapping. Once you’ve unpacked your order, pop the packaging in your recycling bin, following your local collection guidance. If a box or packing material can be used again first, even better.

See the care that goes into your parcel in our two workshop films below.
