This UK-made 8mm soft black glass fibre rope offers a replacement for stove seals with matching dimensions and compression. Correct sealing helps the appliance control combustion air and supports safe, efficient operation.
Stove doors commonly use round ropes from 8mm upwards, so this size is often encountered in door sealing. The same general rule will not suit every model; other sealing locations may call for an 8mm rope.
Sold per metre. Select quantity 1 for 1 metre, quantity 2 for 2 metres, and so on. Price includes VAT.
Check the stove specification for a soft 8mm rope and measure the sealing run. Use the fitting method and any adhesive recommended for your appliance.
