Identify the upper bar by its smaller hook and compare the approximate 253 mm length before ordering. Confirm the exact stove model and generation, as complete-set quantities differ between the Herald 8 and Inset 7. If the grate retains the original Mk1 pattern, replace the full set initially rather than adding a newer single bar. Renew worn upper bars to maintain fuel support and avoid distorted sections obstructing the grate.
