A seven-bar replacement set for the Villager Duo 8 riddling grate. The cast iron bars follow the AFS002 pattern used in place of older NGB2B firebars, renewing the support beneath the fuel and the passages for ash clearance.
| Compatible model | Villager Duo 8, seven-bar grate arrangement |
| Part type | Firebars / riddling grate bar set |
| Quantity | 7 cast iron bars |
| Reference | AFS002, replacing NGB2B and corresponding to the CST020 pattern |
| Approximate length per bar | 290 mm |
| Approximate weight | 0.89 kg per bar; 6.23 kg total |
| Supply | Non-original compatible replacements |
Uneven bars can catch during riddling and leave areas of the fuel bed without the intended airflow. Renew cracked or distorted bars with the same pattern rather than mixing types. Confirm the Duo 8 model and compare the approximate length and AFS002 / NGB2B profile before ordering.
